GEOAUDIT Methodology

Last updated: July 8, 2026

What the Score Measures

GEOAUDIT estimates how ready a website is to be discovered, understood, summarized, cited, and recommended by AI-assisted search and answer systems. The score is a decision-support signal, not a ranking guarantee.

Core Categories

Reports evaluate content clarity, topical authority, crawlability, structured data, E-E-A-T signals, FAQ and answer quality, brand and entity clarity, citation-worthiness, technical SEO foundations, and AI search readiness.

Evidence Sources

The app may use live crawl signals, visible page copy, detected metadata, heading structure, schema markup, internal link signals, user-submitted business context, and modeled recommendations. When a page cannot be crawled, the report may use a fallback baseline and should be treated as lower-confidence.

What GEOAUDIT Does Not Promise

No GEO tool can guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, citations, recommendations, or placement inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Google, Bing, or any other third-party platform.

Recommended Review

Before publishing website changes, users should review factual claims, pricing, legal or regulated content, testimonials, case studies, statistics, and client-sensitive information for accuracy and permission.
